As hard as it is to find good help, it's even harder to know the potential of each employee and how to utilise them in the long term. My interests in psychology as well as my diverse experience allows me access to additional information when I meet new people and talk with them for any length of time. With this skill set it is my desire to assist you and your organisation with assessing and advising you about the current an future of your relation with your employees. Who wants to stay, who deserves a raise, who needs to be fired and who can turn the business around. These insights don't come easily to everyone, So let's start a discussion about your talent relation today!

Here's an example. Jim has 4 employees that worked at his golf course over the summer. Each year he usually looses his summer crew outright and has to reset his staff each season. This year Jim decided it was easier to hire Joe & Company Consulting to assure the jobs were documented and the hiring tasks were completed in advance of the spring.
