Teas for your health and well being Part 1 of 3
Back before we had corporations, and underground Federal Drug Administration owned facilities to discriminate between what is safe and not safe for our bodies. We had alchemists and apothecaries that would reside in towns and villages all over the world. The role of these individuals was to provide herbal remedies for medical problems like fevers, colds, chronic headaches, stomach aches, and everything else that made people ill. These herbal practices have been underplayed over the last century, as the health pandemic, obesity epidemic, and opioid pandemic take over the lower middle classes. But what if we were healthy, what if what we consumed didn’t put us in a position to need medical intervention on a regular basis?

Through my own life, I do many things to satisfy not only my body, but also my subconscious mind. Both are great places to help you diagnosis your body's problems, what hurts and why does it hurt? Through the practice of Vipassana meditation, taught in the eastern religions you can learn to meditate into a deeper level of comprehension of your body and its needs. There is also O-Ring tests, which utilise the body’s electromagnetic hubs to determine your body’s greatest strengths and weaknesses. If you have any scar tissue, it’s possible the area never healed correctly and therefore this region would be weaker when tested electromagnetically. This form of testing is an ancient, yet advanced medical school of thought called QRA –Quantum Reflex Analysis. For further details on this subject, contact myself or my friend Brian Gangel - http://bgangel.com/

What does this have to do with teas? Well teas are made from herbal elements that can help reduce or alleviate these many problems that cause people to go to the doctors. IBS which is Irritable Bowel Syndrome for example can be cured, or at least managed successfully by herbal teas. Many teas have components that reactivate the body’s internal eczemas and even offer support to the body’s natural immune to disease and unwanted bacteria. What about more serious conditions like Gout for example? According to https://www.anniesremedy.com/chart.php?sort=1 three of the fifty or so herbs I looked up had medical properties that can help reduce or eliminate gout. These include Juniper Berries, Parsley and Wormwood. All of which are natural plants void of human bio engineering.

So next time you have a problem, consider a holistic doctor, or a good herbal tea. Before you rush to fill another prescription, ask what made me sick in the first place. Than what herb is known to treat this area of concern.
Thanks for your time, and I hope to see you Oct 3rd, 3-6pm at Ancient Traditions in Stayner for free samples, live entertainment, and more info on the many benefits of herbal teas.

Next time as part of our series on teas we will be looking at the 10 most miraculous healing herbs, so subscribe and don’t miss a beat!

Note I am not a doctor and some herbal teas can cause harmful complications, so education is important before diving into new herbal teas.
