I met Joe in early 2012 for an interview. I needed a market coordinator for a TV show I was developing with a production company. Right away, I knew I wanted Joe working for me; I was blown away by his authentic presence.  After hiring him I ended up giving him a raise due to his work ethic in the early weeks after he started, sadly the Tv show never made it to air. Regardless Joe has continued to be a great friend and adviser, from the extremely professional to the profoundly personable, and everything in between. A sir you will want to meet without a doubt.
